Hi, I am Stacy, the founder of StrongHER Squad! 💪💥

I started this program because I saw so many women struggling to stay consistent with fitness and healthy habits — not because they didn’t care, but because most programs simply weren’t designed for real life…especially for women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. I wanted to create something different. Something real... Real Support. Real Workouts. Real Results!

StrongHER Squad is more than just workouts. It’s a supportive fitness and nutrition community where women can feel encouraged, guided, and strong again — without extremes, intimidation, or feeling like they have to do it alone.
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 15 years of experience working with women, my goal is to help you build strength, confidence, energy, and consistency in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

I’ve discovered that strength training, smart nutrition (small adjustments) and CONSISTENCY make an incredible difference.
We do not have to do everything perfectly.
We do not have to spend hours working out.
